VillaDenti ("the App") is a dental clinic management application designed to help dentists manage patients, appointments, treatments, invoices, and X-ray records. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

- Patient Records: Patient phone numbers, notes, treatment details, appointment histories.
- Medical Data: Uploaded X-ray images and associated case details.
- Financial Data: Invoices and payment records generated by the clinic.
Note: The app does not use any third-party analytics or advertising services that track user behavior.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To securely manage your app account and authentication (via JWT).
- To organize and store patient data, treatments, and schedules.
- To handle X-ray uploads and storage.
- To generate and send invoices to clients.
- To deliver appointment reminders and relevant notifications.
3. Data Storage & Security
X-ray images and sensitive records are securely stored using Microsoft Azure Blob Storage.
Authentication is protected using JWT tokens.
We employ encryption and industry best practices to ensure data security.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
Data access is limited to essential service providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure) strictly for app functionality.
5. Your Rights & Account Deletion
- Accessing your personal and patient information.
- Requesting corrections or updates to inaccurate data.
- Permanently deleting your account and all associated data.
Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app’s settings. This action is irreversible.
Legal Obligations: Some data may be retained if required by law.
6. Children’s Privacy
VillaDenti is not designed for use by children under the age of 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy over time. Any updates will be shown with a new effective date.
8. Advertising
This application does not contain any third-party ads.
9. Intellectual Property (Icons Attribution)
Some icons are licensed from Flaticon under the Free License. All other content is original and owned by the developer.
